Epidemiology in Public Health

This course introduces epidemiological background, basic principles and methods of public health epidemiology. It provides learners with a look at study design and the causes and patterns of health, illness, and death in different populations. Topics for discussion also include the biological, behavioral, sociocultural and environmental factors associated with the etiology and distribution of health and disease.
