Introduction to Equine Studies
This course will introduce students to a variety of aspects of the equine industry, with a heavy focus on career opportunities. Topics covered in this class include evolution of the horse and breed development, horse identification, careers with direct contact with horses, careers which support the equine industry, and the importance of internships, networking, and marketing when pursuing a career.
