IDS Minor - Pre-Nursing

This Interdisciplinary Minor designation is for any pre-Associate Degree Nursing student pursuing a BSN opportunity after completion of an Associate degree in nursing. The courses selected for this minor program are chosen to meet the requirements for Midway University’s RN-BSN program published in the University Catalog.


These courses include but are not limited to:

mth-135 - Intermediate Algebra - 3 hours

mth-245 - Probability and Statistics - 3 hours

phil-301 - Ethics - 3 hours

chm-150 - Principles of Chemistry - 3 hours

dcs-290 - Human Difference - 3 hours

Business elective 200 or higher

3 hours Social Science course

3 hour Environmental/Global studies course
